Great hotel with spacious, clean rooms.

The location of the property was comfortable and unbeatable as we were near to the train to San Francisco, the bus stop and Close to airport for late night arrival. It also was in a great neighborhood.

Not a bad hearty breakfast, free parking, lots of places to eat around.

The price could have been lower

The hotel was conveniently located near the airport and offered clean, spacious rooms with comfortable beds. While the breakfast had room for improvement, particularly with the limited options, the staff was mostly friendly. A disappointing encounter with a rude staff member at breakfast marred an otherwise decent experience.

Sad motel - need renewing

First of all it's location, not too far from the airport and not too close so you can hear the airplane noise. I stay in this hotel mostly for transit after a long 21 hrs straight flight. So I'm always looking for a hotel that's quiet enough for me to battle my jet-lag. Overall, The room is clean and the staff is friendly. Pricing is in mid range, you probably can get somewhere else cheaper but maybe too noise. So I thought the price is reasonable. Free wifi and free shuttle service. Free breakfast but they don't open until around 6.30am. So I'm always out of luck since I leave at 6.00am to catch my next connecting flight.

Free breakfast opens at 6.30am. I usually starve to death by the time I got to the airport. Also there's no free bottle of water in the room. There's a vending machine outside on level 2, but it would be nice to have a free water in the room as a courtesy.

Staying at aura sfo airport was great! The room was large, modern, and clean, which I really appreciated. It had a coffee maker, and the bed was comfy. I also loved the free parking and how close it was to the airport. The efficient check-in was a highlight for me too!

The hotel with good sized rooms, in a modern area, on the east coast. Good services! Had FREE Wi-Fi throughout the property. Perfect location with provided shuttle from-and-to the airport. About 10 minutes walk from First Baptist Church.

Loved that the hotel was gorgeous and had extremely helpful and very attentive staff at reception desk. Stayed in well decorated and well-equipped standard queen room with clean amenity. The location was convenient and perfect, really close to the air port, lots of different types of transportation to get around to all the major attractions, and anywhere in San Francisco, in a secure area.

The rooms are ok, free internet. Parking directly beneath the hotel.

The breakfast is rather limited in choice.

This place was just an appropriate option for strolling in San Bruno with good value for price. Mary at check-in made everything easy and was really friendly. Check the shuttle schedule as it ends early at 11pm.
